Salary Inclusive package: R 178 572.00 per annum
[Salary scale: R122 448 .00 – R158 964.00 p.a.]
Requirements
include: An
accredited Fire Fighter II certificate Hazmat
Operations or Certificate in Fire Technology; Basic Ambulance Course will be an
added advantage; three (3) years of experience in the Fire Fighting field good
communication skills; a valid code EC driver’s licence and ability to drive are
essential requirements; short listed candidates will be subjected to a
driver-competency test.
Duties
include: Overseeing of a Fire Sub-Station;
responding to emergency incidents; in charge of vehicles & crews;
conducting public tours & lectures; conducting staff training regarding
fire & rescue techniques; compilation of required reports pertaining to
platoon activities and the supervision of Fire Fighters.
