Requirements
Include: Grade
12, 3 years billing experience, working knowledge of MS Office and computerised
financial systems; good communication skills both written and verbal; good
problem – solving abilities; good understanding of Batho Pele principles.
Duties include: Fielding all incoming
enquiries; client liaison; updating and maintaining Venus master file
information; solving complex account enquiries; analysing, investigating and
coordinating/ rectifying all errors/ omissions through compilation of journals;
auctioning all incoming mail; drafting response letters for approval; maintaining statical information on
nature and volume enquiries.
