Masibonisane Youth Project: Supply and Constructionof a Tunnel

RFQ documents will be available from the BTO Department (SCM Unit) at no cost to the service provider/supplier.  The documents will be available on Friday, 5 February 2010, on the 12^th Floor, Caxton House, Caxton Street, East London.

A COMPULSORY SITE INSPECTION will take place on Tuesday, 9 February 2010 at 09H00.  All Service Providers will meet at the Local Economic Development Office, Mbhashe Municipality and proceed  to the site

Completed RFQ documents are to be placed in a sealed envelope endorsed “MASIBONISANE YOUTH PROJECT:  SUPPLY AND CONSTRUCTION OF A TUNNEL RFQ No. 8/2/156/2009-2010 – AMATHOLE DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY" must be deposited in the Bid Box, at the offices of the Amathole District Municipality, 40 Cambridge Street, East London, 5200, not later than 11h00 on Friday, 12 February 2010, at which time the bids will be opened in public.
