Provision of Quantity Surveying, Civil, Structural & Electrical

RFQ documents will be available from the Budget & Treasury Department (SCM Unit) at no cost to the service provider/supplier.  The documents will be available on Friday, 5 February 2010, on the 12^th Floor, Caxton House, Caxton Street, East London.

A compulsory briefing session will be held on Thursday, 11 February 2010 at 10h00 at the Amathole District Municipality, 6^th floor Boardroom, Caxton House, Caxton Street.

Completed RFQ documents are to be placed in a sealed envelope endorsed "Provision of Quantity Surveying, CIVIL, Structural & ELECTRICAL EngineerING Services for CINTSA EAST FIRE STATION: RFQ No. 8/2/159/2009-2010 – AMATHOLE DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY" must be deposited in the Bid Box, at the offices of the Amathole District Municipality, 40 Cambridge Street, East London, 5200, not later than 11h00 on Friday, 19 February 2010, at which time the bids will be opened in public.
