ADM And Ugandan Partnership begins to bear fruit

A delegation of twenty people hailing from Kampala Central Division Council in Uganda is on a week long visit to Amathole District Municipality (ADM).  The main objective of the visit is learning and sharing expertise concerning challenges currently facing the two municipalities. This visit is an outcome of the Memorandum Of Understanding ( MOU) signed by the two municipalities in 2005. read more...
