It
is proposed that the draft IDP and budget be tabled to Council on 11 March
2011. We have just a small window of opportunity in which to conduct our
IDP/Budget roadshows this year and this will be held at all LMs within the
district between 14-25 March 2011, ending with a Council Open Day event on 31
March 2011. Preparatory meetings are being held to plan ahead for
this. Details will be circulated in due course. After the roadshow
it is proposed that the IDP and Budget be approved by Council on 29 April 2011
