The department of Government Communications and Information Systems in partnership with Amathole District Municipality, Great Kei Local Municipality are currently at Mzwini Community Hall, Mooiplaas facilitating a Women & Youth Empowerment Seminar on Economic Opportunities. The main aim of the seminar is to create opportunities for women and youth to start their own businesses, in turn creating much needed jobs in the country. Funding opportunities and skills development programs were presented by NYDA, Services Seta, NEMISA, DEDEAT,WSU,Employment and Labour.
