ADM has noted that there is little involvement of women entrepreneurs in tenders issued particularly in the construction/engineering field. Partnering with the UN Women, GIZ, British Council and USAID, a conference will be held on the 25-26 November targeting Female entrepreneurs in the fields mentioned and any other sector that they are in. this is aimed at capacitating women and assisting them to navigate the male dominated industries.
